Robinson Police Officers & Fire Chief
Honored for Heroic Efforts
PD/FD Honored

Robinson Police Officers Eric Maga, Noel Pilewski, Christian Short, and Moon Run Fire Chief Bryan Jazudek were honored for service above and beyond the call of duty. These men responded to a 911 call for an unknown problem. Immediately officers assessed the situation and were soon battling heavy smoke as they entered the residence. Locating a unresponsive female, the men quickly moved her to safety. Police Officers Eric Maga and Noel Pilewski performed CPR until EMS arrived. Using fire extinguishers to control the situation, Fire Chief Jazudek and Officer Christian Short went back into the burning home to search for additional occupants. Proclamations were presented to the men in honor of their heroic efforts by State Representative Nick Kotik, Township of Robinson Commissioners, the Moon Run Fire Department, and Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner Tim Solobay.
