Robinson Township Parks




Robinson Township is home to three parks for your recreation and enjoyment: Clever Park, Burkett Park, and Groveton Park

The Montour Trail, operated by the Montour Trail Council, runs through Robinson Township as well.

Burkett Recreation & Sports Complex


Come enjoy 3 baseball fields, 2 softball fields, 2 soccer fields, the Lions' Picnic Shelter (accommodates 100 people), and a playground. Home to Robinson's annual Autumn Festival in September and it's annual Flea Market fund-raiser in May, Burkett Park proudly houses the Daniel Tallon Memorial Ball Field.


 

Directions to Burkett Park

From downtown Pittsburgh: Take I-376 towards Airport. Take Exit 64A to merge onto I-79 N towards Erie. Take Exit 60A to PA-60 toward Crafton/Moon Run. Turn left onto Steubenville Pake. Turn left at Park Road. The park is on the left.


From the Airport: Take I-376 towards downtown Pittsburgh. Take the Exit onto PA-60S/Steubenville Pike. Turn right at Park Road. The park is on the left.

Clever Recreation & Sports Complex


Clever Recreation & Sports Complex has a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, a ballfield, a volleyball court, playground, 2 picnic shelters - the Bicentennial (accommodates 100 people) and the Rotary Shelter (accommodates 300 people). Click here for more information about the pool.

 

Directions to Clever Park

From downtown Pittsburgh: Take I-376 towards Airport. Take Exit 64A to merge onto I-79 N towards Erie. Take Exit 60A to PA-60 toward Crafton/Moon Run. Turn left onto Steubenville Pake. Turn right at Beaver Grade Road. Turn right at Silver Lane. Turn right at Clever Road. The park is on the left.


From the Airport: Take I-376 towards downtown Pittsburgh. Take Exit 58 to merge onto Montour Run Road. Turn right to stay on Montour Run Road. Continue onto Beaver Grade Road. Make a slight left at Clever Road. The park will be on your left.

Groveton Park


Groveton Park has a soccer field, a volleyball court, playground, and a picnic shelter (accommodates 100 people).

 

Directions to Groveton Park

From downtown Pittsburgh: Take I-376 towards Airport. Take Exit 64A to merge onto I-79 N towards Erie. Take exit 64 for PA-51 toward Coraopolis/McKees Rocks. Turn left at Coraopolis Road. Turn right at Petrie Road and Pittsburgh Street to get to Groveton Park.


From the Airport: Take I-376 towards downtown Pittsburgh. Take Exit 57 to merge onto I-376 BUS W toward Moon. Take the Thorn Run Road exit. Turn left at Thorn Run Road Exd. Continue onto Thorn Run Road. Turn right at PA-51S/5th Avenue. Continue to follow PA-51S. Turn left at Lewis Avenue. Take the first left onto Petrie Road/Pittsburgh Street to get to Groveton Park.

Pool admission $3 per person with shelter rental.
See Pool Manager to make arrangements during the summer season.

Contact the Township Office at 412-788-8120 for Shelter rental permits. Pool discounts may be available with shelter rentals. If a field is needed, contact the Township Manager at 412-788-8120. Field rentals are $500.
